Eligibility to compete.

State Medal Winners in the 2009-2010 Summer Season cannot compete in that stroke in any age group. Note.- State means all States of Australia. Non Championship events are not included.

Swimmers need not be registered with a Club to compete in the heats. However registration is a requirement to contest the Finals.

Up to three swimmers per event from each District are eligible to compete in the Finals. NOTE. District Relays will be contested on the finals day. Relay teams to be selected from those swimmers who have qualified for the finals.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.	Open to boys and girls residing in NSW and ACT. Swimmers need not be registered to compete in Heats, however registration is a requirement to contest the finals.
2.	Swimming Club members must swim in the District in which they competed during the current summer season. Entrants who are not members of a District affiliated Swimming Club must compete within the District the Club resides in.
3.	Age is to be taken as at 6th. February 2010 and remain that way throughout the series. D.O.B to be stated on entry cards.
4.	Equal placings. When equal placing occur, a swim-off must be conducted to decide placings except where swimmers involved agree to determine advancement by draw.
5.	Entries are confined to Competitors own age group.
6.	Entries to be submitted on multi entry cards.
7..	ENTRY FEE. $3.50 per entry.
8.	Cheques to be made payable to Wingham Swimming Club Inc.
9.	Entries Close Friday 22nd. January 2010.
